I stayed at a hotel for two days. After checking out, I left my bag with the front desk. When I came back to pick it up, I asked if I could use the bathroom, but the staff (his name is dean ) informed me that they didn’t have a bathroom available for public use." As a paying guest of the hotel, I found this response surprising and disappointing. Even though I had checked out, I believe guests should be accommodated with basic facilities, especially when they are still on the premises for a reasonable time, such as when picking up their belongings.

The hotel is home to a transient clientele. The elevator was very shaky. One elevator was not working and the other did not show selected floors lighting up. Somewhat shady characters coming and going.

one of 2 elevators out makes getting to and from a room on the 5th floor an adventure. room was clean. busy area. very walkable to restaurants and grocery. traffic is horrific during most of the day.

I'd read so many negative reviews of this hotel that i was expecting the worse.But, i was all in all okay. My first criteria for a place is a clean bed and it was. For the rest, the room felt tired and they were signs of it everywhere. But, not to the point that it was upsetting. My major dissapointment which to me is unacceptable for any hotels is to actually pass (and not hold; they're is difference) 150.00 $ additionnal on my Visa for damages and credit that amount later when (based on what we dont know) management approuves that the room is in good condition. That is devious, cheap and undignified of a major chain of hotels to uphold that kind of policy. Never ever have i been charged for damages and re imboursed afterwards. Its disgracefull. Shame on you. Be advised to not go there and legitimize that way of doing a booking.

They sold the pool, there was no breakfast and the elevator was not functioning when we left. The room doors did not automatically close at all. (No closers). (I thought fire codes required self closers on room doors.)

One elevator broken. Other elevator sounded like it was broken down as well. Front desk employee rude when asked about a question. However, another front desk person very helpful so maybe it balances out?

I stayed with a group of girls; we were in town for a concert. The hotel was close to everything we needed, and only a 23-minute drive to the TD Garden. Simple and basic, just like we expected, clean, and most of all, the staff were friendly and accommodating when we needed more linens.

The hotel was rundown inside and out! The lobby was full of boxes. Broken, dirty & gross! Only one elevator worked (sometimes). The buttons didn’t light up and it’s you never knew if it was coming or not. There was not lobby so no lobby coffee or water. The hallways were so dirty. The rooms showed like improvements were made with newer beds but the paint was cracked and chipped on every square inch of the room! The floors which seemed to be a laminate type of floor felt like it had an oil layer on it. We were sliding every time we took a step. To the point we were hesitant to wear shoes. The tv barely worked. The volume was either all the way up or all the way down. The AC sort of worked. Overall gross!! The vending machines.~ did I really just pay almost $4 for a small Dasani water?!?! Housekeeping was very friendly though. But this hotel was disgusting!

It was good and quiet and plenty of parking plenty of snacks and places around to eat too easy to get too. Room was very clean and quiet with a hot shower and no rug which is good. I prefer hardwood floors. we got some sleep on a Friday night. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

RATS. Rats in the walls. Supposed to stay two night. Left after one. Dog urine on the bed and rats in the walls. Clerk at the front desks didn’t bat an eye when I told her because they KNOW. They are still booking guests in this disgusting hotel. Expedia will do nothing about it. Just keep sending guests there.
