Terrible!!! We are a group of six that booked this over a month ago. Never received check in instructions so we called Isabel the host the day of our trip . She said she had nothing to do with Vrbo and no listed properties. We called Vrbo and they could not get through to her. Meanwhile we had no place to stay and had to get a hotel at higher price. Still waiting for Vrbo to contact me about our refund Monica Z

This rental location is a scam. The VBRO property does not exist. Shame on you VRBO for letting this scam continue for years.

No response from owner/had to book hotel.
Needed to go to VRBO support to get accommodations. No response from owner either by multiple phone calls, VrBO messages, nor direct message to number listed. Never was able to even try to get to property. Had to get a hotel I paid for after prepaying for this place only to get ghosted by the owner. Considering I had an almost non-mobile parent and kids who’ve done little to no travel, this booking (or supposed booking?) was a complete nightmare, exhausting, and expensive.
