Rough start, great stay
When I arrived, they did not have a record of our reservation. The host at the front desk was very helpful and comped us for parking; he did everything to make up for it, but it was frustrating to spend so much time checking in after a long trip. Not sure if this is the hotel or hotels.com, but I was very pleased with my stay

Noah at the Reception Desk was super helpful and personable. Very modern & clean hotel. Very reasonable as well compared to what else is out there. Only issue is the low shower water pressure.

Decent hotel, certainly not “upscale” as described on their page. Staff were courteous during check in, barely acknowledged us at check out. We did not love water bottles were charged, and even common things such as toothpaste were not available, this is not common from upscale hotels. Area is ok, but only good if you have a car. Room was comfortable.

Room well appointed and clean. Loud by the lifts; kept me up until the drunks got in around midnight. Not great for a business trip. Bar staff and food great. Reception a bit miserable, but I would be too if I had to negotiate junk fees at check in!

The staff are kind and helpful.
The grocery store next door was convenient. Parking was easy. It is a run down building, but it seems like the staff are doing their best to make it nice.

The staff is impolite and unfriendly; the hotel is basic. The bar was closed during our stay. Its an overpriced hotel because it is part of Hilton hotels but it is inferior.

Location is good to get in and out of city limits. Brief drive or Uber to Harvard Square and Harvard College. Ample Uber service to get around. Around 30 minutes (traffic, not distance) to get downtown. Parking on site for $25 overnight fee. Destination fee for each night. Credit towards food at hotel equal to one night destination fee. Whole Foods next door. Decor is good. We would stay there again.
