Arrived at the property to find a fellow customer upset at the counter with no employee present. The other guest informed us they did not have rooms. Waited several minutes for an employee to come over, she did not look at me (she was on the phone with Expedia, I believe). She asked my last name and said I didn't have a room. She walked away (still on the phone) and offered no apology or assistance. The other guest informed me they were under construction. Another guest came in needing assistance and she even had to knock on doors for someone to come help her. The floors were dirty in the lobby. We left to try to find another room and ended up driving for 2 hours and to another state before we found accommodations and more than double the price and didn't check in until almost 2 am. It was an absolute terrible experience.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I booked this hotel 2 months ago for 10/18/24 to 10/20/24 so we can attend Family Weekend at my kid’s university. Called at 7pm to let them know we’re checking in late. Front desk found me in their system and said my room is set. Less than 5 minutes and she called me back to let me know that due to their hotel being under construction for the last two days, that I will not have a room when I arrive and to look elsewhere. She mentioned they were supposed to let guests know. I said I just spoke with you and nothing was said. Plus, if indeed it was under construction, why wasn’t I notified much earlier in the week?!?! She said this is from management and she can’t do anything. I asked if they will pay for my hotel stay elsewhere and she said NO, but that I’ll get a full refund. I asked to speak with a manager and she claimed there is no one on site. I didn’t believe her because there were so many events in Boston (colleges having family weekend and the Head of Charles Regatta) that no hotels in their right mind will leave a front desk person there without a manager available. She hung up on me when I persisted on speaking to a manager. I had to scramble to find a hotel and had to pay double the price because it was last minute. I have a feeling it was because I booked early when the price was still low and they realized later on that they can get double the price if they just canceled mine. Drove by and there was NO construction!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Absolute waste of money. I could not be more disappointed or disgusted by the appearance of a hotel, especially for the cost per night. The rooms and common areas were filthy. Drains were packed with hair, before we ever showered, that bubbled up as the water turned on. The refrigerator smelled like urine. The heating unit sounded like a jet engine. The said that breakfast was included however “breakfast” consisted of muffins and nutrition bars. There was instant oatmeal but no hot water and spoons accessible. Hallways and elevator were little with trash. The entire facility had a pungent smell. I would like to reach out to my credit card and determine if payment can be challenged due to the absolute filth of the facility.

Besides the smell of pot in the hotel what surprised me the most, it was how they say they serve breakfast, when all they have was packaged muffins and a packet of oatmeal and a snack bar. If you’re looking to have breakfast at the hotel to save some money, this one is definitely not for you. They have very thin comforter as well, so come prepared.

Im going to make this real quick and simple. Very bad service, disgusting rooms that had big brown stains from the bed to the window shade. Room key barely worked, broken tv remote, and not accommodating to any of our needs. Overall if you need an affordable hotel don’t waste your money go somewhere else 1/10. Also something shady is definitely going on there don’t know if it’s the guests who stay in the rooms long term or the owner, BUT EITHER WAY DONT BOTHER GOING HERE

Mine and my families stay wasnt great. We had to change rooms due to our first room having dirty sheets and tables and also the faucet for the tub was broken and also ood on the counter in the bathroom. We then went to the front desk to ask for another which the heat/ac unit wasnt working. So because of all of the inconvenience we had on our stay not one but two employees stated that i was getting a full refund of my money and that my family and i got a free night but its been about three days now and i still havent seen my refund back into my banking account. The rooms could use renovations.

Do not stay here. The desk lady tried to make it better. Our confirmation was wrong when we called about it prior to our arrival. She sent us to a room that had someone living in it. We went back and got a new room and it was "cleaned" but old and bare. The refrigerator was rusty and we were afraid to open it. We wouldn't have used any of the appliances. When we arrived at night there were people standing outside that probably should not have been there. It was overpriced for the experience. Convenient to the bus stop to catch the train.
