I booked a certain delux room with king bed, large bathroom with glass shower, couches , large open area, once arrived i was put in a family type room with kids beds, the smallest bathroom ive ever seen, and small room overall. Bathroom fan didnt work, bathroom was uncomfortably small, bed was hard,. Will not be staying in a hilton again, no refunds or switching rooms so i was stuck since it was unrefundable, it was a terrible experience

The check in at the property went smoothly. However, the night before when I called to be sure we were all set and confirm the reservation by phone, I got re-routed to the wrong hotel out west somewhere. It took 2 tries to be connected to the actual location where we were to stay. It would be easier if you gave the Danvers Mass direct number on the site rather than a general phone number for ALL the properties. At the hotel, the room was fine but the bathroom was a bit rundown. The shower sliding door handle, was broken making me lose my balance. and the toilet was a a very low level making it difficult to get up off it. It was at a child's level height? Please upgrade that toilet and fix the shower handle. I almost slipped. At the wonderful breakfast buffet, the food was excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was noisy. I'm quite surprised that customers were allowed to play their own loud music at the next table on their phones. Maybe there could be a no electronic voices, music allowed? I'd rather not listen to the 3 year old beeping with her game console. It's sad that no one just visits together as a family anymore!

Pros: Comfortable rooms for a fair price with friendly service. Cons: Room are not well soundproofed and bathroom smelled like mildew. Needs a bit of a refresh

Great stay
Our stay was great. Soft and comfy beds made the night fly by. The cookies upon arrival and checking out were delightful. The water park was great for the kids. The food we picked up and ate in our room was hot and fresh (although slightly overpriced and they forgot my salad dressing). We would stay here again.
