The place is lovely and clean, good breakfast, great showers and convenient to the airport with the free shuttle (although they should post shuttle times in their website. The staff are so grumpy and rude though. A whole group of us had the wrong passport stamp meaning we have to pay the tax, however trying to get a receipt from them was almost impossible. If you pay for something, you must be provided with a receipt. We asked when we paid the tax and they said we would get it at check out, then on check out they would say no, not possible. It honestly depended on which staff member you got. One of us was given the receipt with no issues, the rest had to wait for management. The bellboys are friendly though!

It was good not great. Staff at check in was kind of serious and not very friendly. Rooms are good however a couple of little things: bath towels were running very thin and a couple of holes were about to open. And to flush the toilet in my room you have keep pressing the button until the end otherwise it won’t flush. Both things easily fixable.
