"We are having trouble understanding where to park, one of the assistant managers helped us located the parking garage by accompanying us in our car and we making back to the hotel sharing options in the area - quite an above the ordinary service - sorry I do not recall his name - the other service was excellent too. The services provided by the staff especially in the restaurant is Excellent , Ms Kym and other staffs are so well trained , Ms kym and her co teams performances are excellent beyond compared. No matter how small or big crowd in restaurant , Ms Kym shows her composure, professionalism, skills and communication to the highest level . May this trip a bit frustrated related to the rainy conditions , still , the services given By Ms Kym and quick notice of my husband cake for his 70th birthday is really appreciated and I can’t thank you enough for such gesture ! I would love and recommend Clayton hotel to all my friends and family as this is one of the best hotel in cork city Center .
