Welcome to Royal Tern

This 85 m2 second floor family unit at Pride of Courland Tobago walks directly onto our Salt Water Pool and is 20 footsteps Courland Bay.

Centrally located in Black Rock, 19 minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes from the Seaport, it offers convenience with access to restaurants/mini marts/produce and activities within a 5 - 15 min walk.
Main beaches ( Mt Irvine, Buccoo) restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy are within a 10 minute drive, making it easy for you to plan your stay to our beautiful island.

This apartment which is located on the second floor, is spacious, well equipped and tastefully designed to offer our guests a comfortable stay in our tropical oasis with all of the essentials and more including WIFI , Cable , Netflix and A/C in the bedroom. The unit's decor and furnishings is inspired by the Royal Tern Bird which can be found on the long stretch of Courland Bay.

A private patio with seating for 5 and 2 private loungers, over looks and walks directly onto our pool area. The patio looks directly onto Courland Bay with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Magical Sunsets. This patio is perfect for relaxing and taking in the tropical birds, views and listening to the sound of waves.

Open plan kitchen / living and dining room: equipped with a 2 piece sofa, dining table, coffee table, Smart TV, 30 inch glass ceramic top stove, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, blender , coffee maker, toaster oven, crockery, cutlery and plate/drinkware provided for 5 persons.

Bathroom : Spacious, clean and clutter free with double vanity, standing shower, and toilet. Hand soap, Body wash, Shampoo , Conditioner, Hair Dryer and Toilet Paper is provided upon check in . Bath Towles, Pool Towels , Hand Towels and Extra Linens are provided.

Bedroom : Spacious air conditioned bedroom, furnished with a queen sized bed which can sleep 2 adults comfortably in bedroom 1 and with a connecting door to bedroom 2 , a queen sized and single bunk style bed to sleep 3.
The bedrooms were designed with families in mind keeping them close while offering privacy. The bedrooms also features a built in closets, vanity, ceiling fans, bedside lamps and an iron.


Guest has private access to a Shared Salt Water swimming pool. From the garden there is direct access to the beach, approximately 30 foot steps.
We also provide free use of a kayak and Snorkeling equipment upon request.


Secured parking on the compound for 1-2 vehicles is provided .

Upon check in guests will be provided with labeled keys for the unit and electric gate.
A complimentary breakfast basket is provided upon check in to get you started for your stay.

A welcome folder will be left on the coffee table which provides recommendations for restaurants, cafes, places to visit, things to do and some information about the unit.



Please note that we have a 4 legged rescue friend (dog) on the property who keeps to herself unless you would like to interact with her.

Perfectly Hidden Gem
Where do I start? Our host, Ashleigh and Krystian and baby James were nothing short of spectacular. Communication was amazing from the time of booking until the time of departure. Check-in was a breeze and a host even made arrangements for us to check in early. Advice of places for lunch breakfast and dinner or even provide us information in regard to doing any tours we would like. Our room was fantastic, one of the most beautiful views you can have, and the best part was that the infinity pool overlooked the beach. The house is set back from the road, which means there are no loud cars or people. This home is ultimate place for waves in a distance beautiful hummingbirds, an amazing swimming pool and lots of serenity. The host are very knowledgeable about where they live and provided us. very good tips. We had a very relaxing time staying at this home. The stand out about his home is it very private location that is also a beachfront property. We are also provided the items to make ourselves breakfast, which is perfect. The coffee was tasty, and the New Zealand cheddar cheese was fantastic on the bread. I cannot say enough, good things about this property and the hosts. Our visit here, was so good we even extended our stay an additional night. The location is within 20 minutes of the airport as well as delicious food. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!!

Great apartment in a beautiful location
Ash and Chris were excellent hosts giving local advice. Provisions on arrival were a great help. Lovely pool and garden by the beach with good snorkelling, wildlife and colours from your balcony .. not forgetting Mochi the friendly dog with a smile! We had an excellent week and didn’t want to leave.

Ashlee provided us early check in and upon check out allowed to stay at another apartment, these conveniences were whole heartedly accepted. The welcome gifts were by far much more than we could ask for, milk eggs, cheese, butter, bread etc all the amenities to keep you in the house. With the beach only a few footsteps away and the ocean rumbling on full blast from the large patio, it's easy to loose track of the time. We had an excellent and comfortable visit at this property and may now become one of my regular stays when in Tobago.

I stayed with my family ,so a two bedroom was needed. The property was in great condition and was exactly what we expected based on the pictures we saw. The host was very accomodating , allowing us to have a room long before checkin. We also received a welcome breakfast bag that was a great help. The facilities were well.maintained and upkept. Being a four apartment house, we liked that it could not be overcrowded especially in these covid times. I will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect in terms of proximity to main beaches and areas. Overall a very good experience
