I didn't like that the casino was smoking and there where hardly any waitresses walking around asking if we wanted drinks while we played.

The staff is rude and not helpful, mainly the front desk. We stayed in the royal tower king room and it was old and run down. The sheets had rips and stains in them, stains on the lamp shades, phone didn't work, the chairs had been removed, shower leaked, no water pressure, front desk was not helpful. Was told the seating had been removed b/c they were getting ready to remodel, the cleaning staff could not enter the room to redo the bed but they brought us fresh bedding and we could make our own bed. Would not recommend staying here..

After checking in and going to the room we found that the seat on the toilet was broken, I called the front desk and reported the toilet seat they sent someone to replace it. I would think that when housekeeping cleaned the room they would have reported the toilet seat was broken and needed to be replaced. The rooms need to be updated, especially carpet and furniture. The carpet in the hallways are in bad condition and need to be replace. The hotel needs to be refurbished, I can see why everyone is staying at Beau Rivage, and for future visits, I too, will be staying at the Beau Rivage.

Don't know how much can be blamed on the fact that there was a hurricane coming ashore a few miles west, but there definately were issues. Toilet in room was not flushed, carpet need a vacuuming. Only things open were the casino, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and room service. Even the namesake Hard Rock Cafe was closed due to the hurricane. If I was to go back to biloxi, I'd probably try another hotel/casino.

Everything was okay except for the view. I paid extra to have a room with a view of what I thought was supposed to be ocean view. Instead, it was the pool, the parking lot, the building next door and a very slight glimpse of the water. Very disappointed with this situation and as a result I have no desire to visit the hotel and casino again.

Did not like the fact that house keeping did not come in and straighten up the room and resupply the items we used on a daily basis. Also didn't have a microwave in our. Which meant that if we wanted a hot meal it was room service $$ 0r one of their restaurants.

its a bit pricey will all the fees, but it was a special occasion for my wife and I . Staff was great, rooms were clean and Biloxi is a beautiful city. Highly recommend!
