Really Sad😞
Over the past 4 years we’ve stayed here several times. The hotel is in need of general maintenance. 1 of the shower heads didn’t work, 1 of the sinks was stopped up, 2 wall lights crooked, no coffee, no microwave, no daily housekeeping, floor of elevator nasty. We spent our honeymoon there, but it’s doubtful we’ll return. It’s obvious they’re only interested in bringing in money from the casino…

My stay is always great buttt Hardrock needs to update their rooms. There were no plugs for phone chargers by the beds. Only regular plugs.

Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. We had a two night stay. The second day we were gone most of the day and they came in took all the towels and did not replace them. They stripped the bed and put all the dirty sheets on a chair and left it and did not remake the bed..like they started to clean and either said never mind or they got called away and did not finish task. Room smelt very mildew.

Staff was nice at check in and check out. Room was very clean and nice room amenities. Fixtures (cabinet, closet, doors) are outdated. Sliding shower door didn't slide at all. I had to have the person with me lift and open it, as I became trapped in the bathroom. Three shower heads was cool, but "screamed" as water turned on. All in all good stay for the last minute price we paid.

Stopped up toilet. Phone broke can’t order room service. Closet doors does not close. Thermostat doesn’t work. Front desk not helpful. 1 bath towel. Perhaps maintenance took the towel while trying to fix the stopped up toilet. Horrible experience

Don’t waste your money
First room was filthy and had bedbugs, the second room was just as bad as the first. The shower was covered in soap scum and mold even had a broken tile at the step into the shower.i definitely would not recommend nor will i ever stay at the Hard Rock again very dissatisfied even tried to speak to a manager and was told someone would call me later.

I’ve stayed at the Hard Rock Casino & Resort Biloxi in the past and it was great until this time. I was advised upon check in that there was a scheduled water shut down during my stay. I checked out the next day and moved to another resort. Nice place just no water for a day.

Disappointed. Check in was at 4pm and upon arriving at 4:20 I was told my room was not ready, sit and wait. At 5:00 I got up to ask about the room and the lady was the nastiest, rudest and most disrespectful I’ve ever experienced. She told me to make the line and when I got to the counter she walked away and had another lady give me my key. I went to the room 609 and the smell of smoke was so overwhelming that my son got sick. Cleanliness was poor and there was no hot water. We dropped off the luggage and left. Around 10pm we couldn’t take the smell no more and the same lady that gave me my keys was on the counter. I politely asked for another room and she rudely said: “absolutely not! We’re sold out of rooms and you booked through Orbitz, there’s nothing we can do.” I asked for the manager to help me and same thing. At this point I decided to get my luggage and book a different hotel. Upon arriving back to checkout the ladies were gone and only Willie was there. He asked why I was checking out so quick and I explained to him as best as I could what happened. He kindly asked us not to leave, he made a call and non smoking room 728 was given to us. First and last stay. If Hard Rock management ever see this review, it was the ladies on the checkout counter on 11-27-24 from 4:00-10:00pm. Willie saved the night. I am not the one to leave negative reviews but this time I couldn’t let this pass. The way I was mistreated by these women was horrible that I really hope no one has to
