Great hotel in a good location.
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable and high standard of quantity. We had a spacious family room with bunk beds for the kids is a private cubby with sliding door. Breakfast was great. Located outside town but with great transport links with trams and trains a short walk away. There is a grocery store below the hotel and many other shops and malls nearby. We were very happy with the hotel and location and would recommend.

The room was nice and new but the corridors were long and shadowy. It didn't feel safe as anyone from the street can access each floor of the hotel but not corridors with rooms. It seems easy to be followed with little surveillance. Front desk staff were barely responsive to my request for room cleaning when I returned to my room after 6 hours to an uncleaned room, although I hung the appropriate sign on the door. I understand that mistakes happen but the blasé attitude of the front desk staff was unacceptable - no apology and an argument that the cleaning staff were finished their shift in 15 minutes. Really 1 star service.
