Great Location Wonderful neighborhood with lots of places to explore. Starbucks around the corner. We lucked out with markets on Thursday and Sat! Rooms are dark, black walls, dim lighting. No wash clothes. Bath products great, beds comfy, nice linens. You can get dropped off right in front despite the 3 sets of trolley tracks. Not noisy despite the trolley stops out front. Would stay again

It is my second time there and I will be back! It is a modern hotel that is very well configured to supply what you need electronically for connections, etc. and also has a very ergonomic organization to the light switches and there is plenty of room for organizing if you have a fair amount of clothes, etc. The tub was a nice park. The staff is nice, chill, and cool.

So central and close to many spots like Alexander Platz, the TV tower (Fernsehturm), Berlin Cathedral etc. Only one direct S-bahn train to the airport - super easy. Staff were great! They extended our check out by 1 hour and luggage storage is free. Definitely will recommend.

We stayed for four nights, when we arrived we told the staff about the toilet seat being unattached from the toilet, it never got fixed. The bed is uncomfortable as a couple- it’s two single beds and the bed frames are really wide, so to be close to my partner I would have to lie on wood. I would wake up in the night uncomfortable on the wood too. The aesthetics of the hotel were really nice. Also really clean, rooftop bar is beautiful.

Great location!
Amazing location! 5-minute walk from Museum Island. Same distance to the S/U station for easy navigation in the city. Although the room was air conditioned and the unit is set properly by the staff, we did find it difficult to sleep on hots nights. Still a great hotel at a good price,

This hotel is in a great area for exploring, dining, shopping, and transportation. I felt safe walking everywhere. We never tried the restaurant because they were so many other other options around us. The hotel itself is very nice, the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean and the beds were great..

Very poor aircon. Room dark like a morgue. Impossible to work. Clearly thinks its a club but this is not apparent on website. Staff are nice but know nothing, shake heads and refer everything to reservations phoneline, who dont pick up or reply to emails. Avoid.
