Property is perfect minus the front desk acting like it’s an inconvenience every time you ask something. I also don’t understand how they don’t have rooms with 2 beds but when I book it says sleeps 3. How??? Otherwise the place is clean and convenient to train station and very safe.

Our flights were delayed by 13 hours. When we knew our reservation would be in trouble, we contacted the property. Our room was ready even though we arrived after midnight. The staff was superb and was waiting for us! The room was clean and had cool extras like a smart elevator that read our key card and took us to the proper floor. There was a high tech coffee machine with real glass cups. The bathroom was outfitted with everything you could want. No detail was missed. My only regret is that we had such a short time there. The hotel is right across the street from the Hauptbahnhof. I finally have a favorite hotel in Berlin!

The 24 concierges were all helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and had great amenities like a welcome handwritten note from the hotel, a small dish of fruit and cookies and complimentary bottle of water.

Comfortable & Great Location
Very helpful & friendly staff - Pauline & Maria. Great location just opposite the central train station with train & tram to almost everywhere. Despite the close proximity to the station, the area was not noisy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Great for coffee drinkers as there is a coffee maker provided but unfortunately I had to borrow a kettle to make tea. Amenities such as toothbrushes & bedroom slippers are provided too. For me, the only unpleasant experience was that I didn’t check in on the day I booked due to a flight cancellation in Munich. And when I arrived the next morning, I was told that my room has been given up so I have to wait till 3pm to get my room even though I have already paid the room for the previous night.

Location front of Berlin Central Station. The train, tram and bus is very accessible from this hotel. The size room is compact but you will find everything you need in there.
