First timers to Berlin, and selected this hotel for location a bit outside the city in a quiet neighborhood...even the name we liked. Very friendly and helpful staff who pointed us to good restaurants and local transformation. What we didn’t expect was how good the breakfast is.

Was disappointed by the state of the hotel- our shower drain never worked, meaning we had to have 3 min showers or less before it overflowed. Our towels and sheets were made when staff came in but our dishes/dirty glasses lay in the sink all week... while the hotel does not supply dish soap in the room, why werent these replaced? On a positive note, the location is fantastic. Lots of great cafes, resto, shopping etc within a walking distance plus it was very easy to catch a RE, S-Bahn or Ubahn from Zoo.

Room 430 had mold on the bathroom ceiling along with a strong mildew smell. There was remnants of a leaky ceiling in the room with bunk beds.

A quaint little hotel room wonderfully located near the main parts of the city. It had a wonderful breakfast buffet for €14 The staff was wonderful. Another positive is they held your luggage after checkout so we could enjoy the city without toting our luggage everywhere.
