Hallo, und schade, dass das so bei Euch angekommen ist. Leider kann ich zum konkreten Fall nichts sagen, da die Bewertung anonym gemacht wurde - hab auch keine andere Info zu einem Problem, dass den Kommentar erklären würde - egal. Ganz generell nehmen wir alle Anfragen - auch per Telefon - ernst und versuchen uns zu kümmern. Zusagen am Telefon machen wir aber nie - genau weil es dann eben zu Missverständnissen kommen kann. Zusagen sind generell schriftlich per Email und alles was die Buchung betrifft steht wie üblich in der Bestätigunsmail. Und wenn da etwas "gelogen" worden sein soll, gerne direkt das Hostel anschreiben - kann man alles klären, denke ich. Eine anonyme Bewertung mit iwelchen Behauptungen löst ja das Problem nicht - und helfen tut es auch keinem. Schade - wir hätten gern geholfen. Grüße Tom
