Lovely hotel not too far a walk from Alexandraplatz. Breakfast was excellent. Only a couple small niggles problems with cards meant we had to be let in to room by reception as IT fault. Hairdryer blew up just replaced no apology from housekeeping and pillows a bit too soft. not informed by hotel when checking in about city tax or breakfast arrangements. But actually was a good hotel

Friendly staff, but breakfast was a mess: no clean plates, coffee machines empty, dirty trays - too few staff.
