I loved the spa included in the cost of staying there. I didn't like that they charge guests 5 Euros to shuttle them to the airport, and don't even get them all the way to the airport.

Very nice, clean, spacious rooms and facility. Comfortable beds and linens. Restaurant and room service meals were very good and fast. Friendly staff. Value for money very good. Only inconvenience is the need to shuttle anywhere, offered by hotel for a fee to the airport and Orio Shopping Centre.
