EVA - Holidays at 250 m from Cala Les Bassetes

Casa Eva is located in a unique area in Benissa Coast, just 250m from Les Bassetes cove. In a short walk you can enjoy this beautiful cove that combines sand and rocks with crystal clear and calm waters.
In this cove is based the nautical club Les Bassetes, where you can play water sports such as kayaking, sailing and diving. From this point you can also access the ecological walk that borders the cove and offers marvelous views of the coast.
Benissa town centre and the neighbour towns of Moraira and Calpe are only a short drive away and offer a wide range of leisure, shopping, outdoor activities, bars and restaurants.
Casa Eva is a large, traditional style house, with several floors and capacity for 12 people. It has six bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other four with two single beds, and three bathrooms with shower each. It also has two fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary to make you feel at home: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, as well as kitchenware, crockery and glassware, there is also a washing machine; one of the kitchens is on the first floor and the other one is an American kitchen, in the lower part of the house, which joins a living room with sofa and TV cabinet, dining table and glass doors with access to the terrace and pool with beautiful views of the sea.
The main living-dining room is on the upper floor and has a fireplace surrounded by several armchairs and a TV cabinet, a dining table with seating for six and a sideboard, and also has large windows and glass doors giving access to a covered glazed naya, with a very large outdoor table, it is the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular open views to the sea and the coast all year round, protecting from the sun in summer and from the wind and cold in winter. Behind the covered terrace there is another open terrace where you can enjoy 180º sea views where there is also another dinning table if you prefer to eat outside.
 
The outside of the property has a large terrace with swimming pool, barbecue, shower, sun beds and a pergola with a large table to accommodate all the guests of the house, to enjoy a refreshing swim and having lunch or dinner outdoors, surrounded by palm trees and native vegetation with stunning views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach.
At Casa Eva you will feel the closeness of the sea, the waves and the seagulls from every corner.
