This house of 360 m² built in total (on a 1050 m² plot) with views of the sea and green areas. For the exclusive use of the Guest, it consists of: space for 2 cars, private pool, and outdoor shower, marble terraces,
gardens, a spacious living room, a spacious dining room-porch. With views of the sea and nature, a fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, mixer, blender, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, complete kitchen utensils, pots, stainless steel pans, pantry food, fridge and refrigerator + 1 m fridge. X 2 m. Pantry corridors for cleaning material. 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, with the option of placing 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom). In the 2 large bedrooms with double beds, there is a sofa in each bedroom for greater comfort. Built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, toilet, sink, the other very spacious with a shower, a double-sink bathtub, in marble, and a washing machine).

The house is built with environmentally friendly materials. Mainly built in marble, designed in a Mediterranean style, with some facilities for the disabled. The plot of 1050 m², located in a quiet urbanization, very close to the coast, with lots of vegetation.

Villa confortable mais manque d’espace autour de la piscine et manque de sécurité pour les enfants. La végétation n’est pas entretenue donc malgré les 1000m2 il y a peu d’espace pour s’installer dehors. Les chaises longues étaient en mauvais état et peintes ! Plusieurs choses à revoir pour se sentir bien dans cette villa. Mais bien située pour profiter des plages et de sorties.

Très belle et agréable maison
Deux semaines passées dans cette villa très agréable et disposant d'un splendide jardin tropical. Accueil sympathique par la propriétaire. La plage à proximité immédiate étant petite, il faut faire quelques km pour en trouver d'autres plus grandes et avec du sable et non des galets. Mais le coin est superbe. La climatisation n'était pas de trop la nuit. Nous avons apprécié. Il ne manque qu'une chose : la plancha ! En complément du barbecue déjà présent. Nous déconseillons vivement le chiiringito de la plage en dessous, qui n'en est pas un (et très désagréable, clientèle comme serveurs). Nous remercions Béatrice pour cet excellent séjour.

Très agréable villa dans écrin de verdure
Cette maison est un régal. Très bien ventilée, pas besoin de vivre enfermé avec la climatisation. Chambres spacieuses, belle salle de bain. Piscine très agréable, le tout dans un écrin de verdure type jardin tropical avec de nombreux espaces ombragés pour ce détendre. Les enfants se sont régalés. Merci à notre hôte.

Buena Experiencia
La casa estaba bien ubicada y era lo que queríamos y esperábamos. La unica pega que le podemos poner es que las sabanas estaban un poco justas y antiguas. Y al estar un poco un poco descuidado el jardin había bastantes mosquitos. Por lo demás perfecto.
