The room was clean and property was quiet. It will be a good stay for you if you arent expecting 5 star hotel. The property could use a bit of updating but Im not complaining. Overall i had a nice stay and felt comfortable in the room

This place was a joke...I arrived and there was a guy hanging around. Not thinking that he was the front counter guy. When I walked in there was no one at the desk, the guy that was outside then walks in and says who hello. I was like umm hello. I was shocked because he wasn't friendly outside. We had to climb three flights of stairs because the elevators were broken. We then get to our room. They had pubic hair all over the floor. The bathtub stayed clogged and would drain the toilet didn't flush well at all. And we were 3 adults and 3 kids. We only had 3 big towels for 6 people. When we went down to ask for 3 more big towels and 6 face towels, we were told no that, that was all they had. Like really a whole entire hotel; with no towels. And the lady in back of me in line also was there for towels as well. And all the worker would do is laugh at us. We will never stay in this place ever again, very disappointed.

The photos were very misleading. This facility is very old and dated. The room had stains in the carpets, the furniture was worn out, the counter tops were scratched to the point that the finish was peeling off, the caulking around the tub was stained, and just the smell of the room was something like from the 1970's. 10/10 will not stay there again

Staff was great: check in and check out. The room was clean but big hole in the wall of the closet, closet door didn’t close. Different color paint patch on the wall. The mini fridge didn’t set good, when you opened it, the whole thing would come out. The trim in the bathroom needed to be repaired. The stairs were covered in rust.

The staff was very friendly. The property looked nice and kept. The room was nice size and clean but it could use some painting and non stein furniture nothing a little renovation wouldn't fix. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

The room was great-spacious, clean, comfortable. The property was in less than desirable condition. Had to park around back and walk around the farm property because the back entry gate is broken. There’s water draining all over the parking lot that smells like rotten fish. Elevator was broken. No vending machines. Ice machine was disgusting.

Once beautiful, now run down, poor maintenance, water standing near elevators. No phone or clock in room, No face or hand towels in room. Curtain dmgd, wouldn;t close completely. Felt unsafe. High/loud traffic all night. Br;fst cold hard fried eggs/sausage patties. Will NOT stay there again!

The hotel room was only partially cleaned upon arrival. The shower/tub was missing a shower curtain. Hair dryer was broke. Overall it felt dirty and like the property was taking advantage of the guests. Several guests were complaining of missing or broken items to the front desk. Will not stay here again.

Broken fire alarm and water sprinkler, broken bathroom door handle, broken mirror closet, front door to the room doesn't close automatically, sink area started to have water pooling due to condensation after raising the temperature in the room. Maintenance had to come to our room at least 3 times to fix stuff in the room. Water started seeping in the carpet as well for no known reason. The air inside the room is so dry, a humidifier is needed in the room for sure. Bathtub was stopping up with water every time I showered.

While the hotel seems to be updating things, they have a ways to go. The room was comfortable, but the tub was dirty! The elevator closest to our room was broken. The staff was wonderful! Leslie in the breakfast area was so kind, she walked around and spoke to everyone, and was constantly checking to make sure there was plenty of food! Overall I would stay here again.
