Very nice and comfortable house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, barbecue and parking space for six cars, one covered parking space and a large backyard. It has a market right in front of the property, asphalted street. It is close to a circus and Barra Shopping. Come and enjoy your holidays and enjoy a quiet and familiar environment. Come and visit Christ's Hill and enjoy the ferry crossing on Grant Island. Until the park of Beto Carrero. It gives a distance of 22.5 km to the Parque do Beto Carrero. and 800 meters to the beach.

Estivemos na propriedade e gostamos muito. A casa é espaçosa, acolhedora, os banheiros são bons e a cozinha é bastante funcional. Para quem quer viajar em família é perfeita!

Ótimo custo benefício e atendimento da proprietária
A casa é ampla para acomodar o número de pessoas descrito no anuncio, além disso têm de tudo na cozinha caso você queira fazer refeições em casa. A limpeza estava muito bem feita quando chegamos. Há espaço na garagem para 3 a 4 carros, e ainda conta com uma área de churrasqueira grande nos fundos coberta integrado à lavanderia. O atendimento e suporte da proprietária é muito bom, sempre atenciosa. Caso tenha qualquer necessidade basta falar com ela que fará o máximo para te ajudar. Acredito que o custo benefício está totalmente adequado ao que é oferecido. O acesso à BR101 é facil e torna a ida ao parque Beto Carrero em no máximo 10 minutos de carro.
