I booked this hotel for 1 week for my parents to stay for their holidays. The place was very convenient as it was just steps away from Metro Drassanes station and around 5 minutes walk from Liceu station. The room was very spacious for 2 persons. And the size of the bathroom is good. The hotel staff did a very good job in terms of the security, for example, visitors and room keys control, etc. It was quite important to my parents as the hotel was next to La Rambla. A few small bugs found in the room from time to time, but overall was acceptable. The room was non-smoking, but I guess since there's a balcony included, we could smell cigarettes for the first night.

Nostalgic property. Staff is amazing!! Location is very convenient. Not only it's very close to La Rambla and tons of restaurants and shoppes, it's easy to access from the main street without having to drive through the crowd.

Very good basic accommodation. Area okay but made sure we came back before dark and tried to walk near to other tourists. Didn’t like frosted window in room and no screen on it. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room small but very clean
