Excellent location and walking distance from many attractions / bus stops. It’s in the heart of the Gothic Quarter so there are lots of cool things to see. Hotel itself is a huge property - staff was super friendly and accomodating but the rooms had a strange, stale smell to them the entire week we were there.

Had a neighbor in the room next room a young couple who played loud music until 2 am and was out on the balcony till that time talking loud. Then at 6 am the next morning again playing loud music and talking loud on the balcony. It was very rude and upsetting and when I told the guest either they didn’t understand me or didn’t turn down the music or stop the loud talking. Very disappointing. I’m sure other guests heard.

The Rialto is in a good location close to the Barcelona Cathedral and La Rambla. The rooms are not terribly spacious but you will not be spending much time in your room anyways. The service was good. The hallways were a little noisy after midnight at times, but staff dealt with the noise quickly.

AC didn't work properly in summer.
Unfortunately my stay was miserable the AC didn't work properly, average temperature in the room was 81-82 degree in summer. The front desk and overall all the people working in the hotel were very professional. Breakfast was very good. The location is very good and you can walk easily to the points of interest. The AC issue was terrible, but if you go out of the summer should be fine.

In the heart of gothic area, but this includes all the noise from the younger people staying in the hotel. The beds were not comfortable at all, glad only stayed 2 nights back could not take it anymore
