I booked the hotel through Expedia. When I reached out to them regarding early check in since flight would arrived in the morning. Normally hotels would get back within 24 hrs; however they never did. When I arrived the hotel at noon time, the concierge put me on hold saying “15 minutes”. But I waited more than 45 minutes to take me. After a whole day tour and dinner with a friend, I got back to the hotel room late that night. The room is rather small and smells weird. I really doubted that it could be 3-star hotel. When I went to bed, I found the bed sheet was filthy with sand, hair and a stained. That was gross. I went downstairs to find a concierge who was on duty. He tried to change a room for me but after he made a phone call to someone (who might be in charge) from their conversation in Spanish, they mentioned about how much I paid for the room then decided not to change a clean room for me. That was a very strange and unpleasant. They thought I didn’t understand the conversation. I paid €450 for 3 nights; I didn’t expect this type of experience I got. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope they can improve customer service and the clean/sanitary environment.
