It was a pleasant stay in Ona Living, we were given the room on the ground level with terrace. Aircondition was fantastic, Monserat, the reception was a very welcoming. The only downfall is the toilet doesnt have ventilation and making weird noises.

Perfect place for family/friends stay. Abit out of the way from the inner city but a simple bus/metro journey (which is only a maximum 5 min walk) makes it very easy for us. Will definitely come back to Ona Living!

Llegué pasada las 17:00 horas, no sabía que el personal de recepción trabajaba hasta esa hora. Menos mal tenía gigas y logré llamar por teléfono para que me solucionaran. Pero es algo engorroso el proceso si llegas tarde para poder entrar ya que la máquina de registro falla. No le doy una puntuación perfecta solo por eso. Sin embargo agradezco a Andrea que me atendió por teléfono, me guió y ayudó en todo momento.

Good location. Not too far from Barcelona centre. Easy access to public transport, within walking distance. Very easy to get to the airport on a bus, bus stop 2 minute walk from apartment. Shopping centre across the road.

The apartment itself was ok. The area around the hotel is not the prettiest and a bit far from the centre (25 -30 minutes at best) and do not feel like the real Barcelona vibe, for example the buildings around the hotel are not pretty and so do not reflect the typical Barcelona architecture that you see in more central areas. There are not many restaurants around. The hotel is comfortable and the stuff are attentive. There is a mall very close by and great for shopping but nothing else happening around.

Close to transportation, relatively affordable, large room (we got the studio), ideal for familles. It can be little bit cleaner but it was a very nice stay overall. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Around 25min to the airport by bus. Carrefour mall is 3min away walking which is very convenient for last day shopping before flying

The accommodation was nothing like the photos. It was small and cramped. Basic. We couldn't blget back late from Barcelona centre as the trains stopped. . There was a good shopping centre near by. The accommodation staff were helpful.

I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM after a long flight from the United States with my family, including three young kids who were exhausted. Despite arriving only one hour before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, the hotel charged us an additional $50 for early check-in. This seemed excessive, especially considering our situation. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The room had multiple issues: the dishwasher wasn’t working, there was no washer or dryer available, and they didn’t provide a highchair for our kids. To make matters worse, the reception was completely unmanned after 6:00 PM, which was incredibly inconvenient. After going out for dinner with my family, we returned to the hotel only to find the reception closed and our keycards not working to access the entrance. We were locked out for a long time, and only after another guest opened the door for us were we able to get inside. However, the same issue persisted with our room key, leaving us stranded outside our room. We tried calling customer service multiple times, but no one responded, and when we finally reached someone, they promised to send help. It took nearly five hours before anyone showed up to resolve the issue. There was no housekeeping service at all. We didn’t receive extra towels for the next day, and when we asked about cleaning the room, they said they would do it later but completely forgot. The staff at the reception was extremely rude, and even when we checked out the next day,
