It was a very pleasant stay ,just my daughter and I . We had a lovely time being able to go out until the late hours in the evening and still being able to feel safe as the hotel was in a central location. The rooms were clean and modern with excellent customer service.Would recommend greatly.

The staff were just wonderful, kind and helpful. They truly went the extra mile to make the stay memorable for my wife and I, and especially our 8 year old son. The hotel itself is very centrally located to shops, bakeries and the metro. Rooms are modern and sufficiently spacious. We had 3 suitcases with carry on and did not have issues with the space. This could easily be a 4.5 star hotel.

The entire experience staying at this hotel was incredible. The front desk staff member, Margarita provided exceptional professional services. She greeted us was a smile and provided all tourist attractions and restaurants. It was nice to stay at a hotel where the whole staff appreciates you.

One of the best hotel experiences ! Staff were very attentive and friendly. Made us feel welcome at any interaction with them, no matter who the staff member was or what their role was. The hotel is fresh, clean and comfortable. Never felt used and tired.... as is often the case with other hotels. The room was very clean, each day. If I could give this hotel a higher rating than the usual 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend it !

Check-in gave us such a good impression - Xavi, Irene and Cris were wonderful, attentive and polite. Jaume from the restaurant was also attentive and thoughtful. Based on our interactions with these members of the staff, I would have given the hotel a 5 star across the board. Monica from breakfast, however, was extremely rude. When we came for breakfast, she immediately said we had to move (didn't ask us, told us) and insinuated that we didn't know it was 20 euro each (which we knew and had no problem with). Then, she and the guy in the suit (didn't catch his name) welcomed other guests with additional breakfast options we were not given (omelette and other kitchen offerings). On this interaction alone, I would have given a 2 but I gave a 4 because the other members of the staff were exceptional from start to finish.

The staff were excellent, always going out of their way to help. Room was clean and comfortable. Small but modern rooms and everything functioned well. Huge selection for breakfast buffet (for a fee) but all very delicious.
