Bell Service and Reception Personnel very friendly and willing to assist us and answer any questions. We appreciate warm water and strong water shower. Good location for walking to Sagrada Family and places to eat. Lots of bakeries.

Great location. Both rooms were very clean though our superior double was very tired looking and could do with updating. Breakfast was adequate but could with some improvements. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. Staff were nice and courteous. Mayra was welcoming, efficient and friendly at check in. A special mention to Arnold who was so lovely, kind and very helpful. He gave a much needed personal touch to the hotel.

Hotel had a great location to eat, take turist buss, train ect. Shopping all over. Staff was amazing i felt really safe their is always someone outside to assist you. Gift me wine and chocolate. Rooftop 10/10 . I would recommend this hotel perfect size for 3 people staying very spacious and clean

Hotel is having a conduction site right next door and the room I was given was right looking at the project with HUGE digging sound. I requested to change a room to higher floor and that’s better. I went out in the afternoon and I came back, a man was inside my room! He tried to explain that he was changing a light bulb in Spanish, at least that’s what i got from his body language because I don’t understand Spanish. But I thought for cases like this I should be informed first, also I didn’t ask to change light bulb either. He left right when I was stunned opening the door and left his ladder inside the room, so I had the ladder in until checkout. Other than that the hotel staff are very friendly and it’s good
