The location of the Hotel Nouvel is absolutely perfect. The staff is super helpful and friendly. During check in we got all the information that we need it as well as the assistance with all possible reservations on the spot with the tickets. Breakfast choices are fantastic. Please stay here and you will enjoy Barcelona in all her beauty and magnificence.

The property was nice, the hotel staff was nice as well. The A/C didnt work very well in the room so it was a bit Hot. Other then that we really enjoyed it, the location was very good.

I would stay here again. My only complaint was being told (after using it for two days with apparently nobody noticing) quite rudely that we couldn’t take the staircase that went directly to our room because it was for emergency use only despite there being no signage indicating that.

I liked the glass elevator & the style of the rooms. Our bed was comfortable. I didn't like that it was so hot in the hallway & elevator. Staff was friendly - always available. I didn't care for the lifeguard who made me take my floatation mattress out of the pool when there was 6 people in it & the previous day I was using it with about 20 people in the pool. Food & drinks were overpriced at the pool. I wouldn't pay for the buffet again. I suppose it was just fine for the price but I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff was good. The property was relatively clean. But, they desperately need a renovation. Water damage on the doors, plywood, furniture, bathroom door knob came off in our hand. Would not recommend without some major investment on their part.

Beautiful old hotel, with a very comfy bed and good bathroom facilities. Located in the Gothic Quarter of the city, very close to La Rambla, with lots of dining options nearby and close to bus and metro transport for other tourist attractions.

Beautiful property with some very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that we stayed during late July and the AC seemed to blow really weak so our room was quite warm. Other than that, we had a really nice time.

The room we were given had no window; there was a glass for to an elevator shaft; of course I would never book a room without a window so I went and asked if we can move; The staff at the reception was flat out rude, said no to moving us and even though acknowledged that the rooms with windows are more expensive refused to refund the difference; When you book this hotel make sure you ask for a room with window.

Absolutely no amenities. I asked for a steamer or iron and the FD agent looked shocked as if i had asked for an unicorn. The agent that checked us in was extremely nice and professional though. Clean rooms.

Barcelona get away.
Central location. Near main attractions. Near tapas bar. Hotel room is great; just need bigger size soap. Hotel’s daily soap are “paper thin”. Would stay here again.

Just stayed for two nights with my son. Great location, friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. If you can get one of the front rooms that have a balcony.
