What a disappointment
Let’s start with the positives. The design of the hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and polite, it’s nice to have a pool and sunbathing area. Now for the bad news. I paid over £1,000 for 4 nights in Room 310 that was TINY and with barely any natural light. The room simply isn’t fit for purpose. It doesn’t even have a chest of drawers and it had a tiny closet with THREE clothes hangers. We requested more hangers, they never arrived. The lack of space meant we never actually fully unpacked our suitcase during the entire stay. The bedroom window faced an internal building so no view and barely any natural light… I can’t believe I paid so much for such a disappointing room

Cucaracha gigante en nuestra almohada. No nos querían cambiar de cuarto diciendo que estaba lleno. Cuando mandaron a alguien, ni siquiera trajo un insecticida. Tuve que perseguir y pisar yo misma tras un buen rato de estar alerta a las 23 hs hasta encontrarla. Logré el cambio de habitación. Ni siquiera un llamado de la gerencia en los 3 días que estuvimos Al salir pedimos en recepción un taxi para ir a tomar un tren a las 7 AM y menos mal que lo pedimos dos veces porque la primera vez no lo habían anotado. Las alfombras estaban muy sucias en todo el hotel.

Incredibly rude receptionist at check-in, in need of some serious customer service training. Pool the size of a postage stamp. Bedroom had no natural light and felt like a prison cell. Hotel is centrally located, but that is about the only positive aspect to it... I would never stay here again.
