We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was quiet and comfortable. They were able to check us in early which was much appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend!

The whole place needs a little TLC
We were initially excited when we arrived at the hotel, but it was very quickly clear that everything was a little tired around the edges. The room had multiple scuffs on the walls, the fridge didn’t work and had to be reported to reception, then the attached hairdryer also didn’t work. Only one milk packet was left in the room in the hot fridge. The fridge was supposedly sorted, but the light in the fridge was red hot to the touch meaning it was still unusable. All of these little shortcomings meant a less than relaxing stay as we had to visit reception multiple times.

The location is excellent. Got free upgraded to a bigger room. Staff is very helpful and nice. But can hear sound from corridor, shower cabinet has water leakage. Others are all fine, bedding is comfortable.

This is not a 4 star hotel - maybe 2 or 3 stars. Location is good, close to La Rambla and Liceu metro. There are much better areas in Barcelona to stay, the alley where the hotel is located smelled of urine and was incredibly loud - we happened to be visiting when there was construction at all hours of the night and could not sleep through the jack hammering. On the first day of our stay, we had someone enter our room at 9am without knocking or any warning. It was so alarming and uncomfortable, we were jet lagged and trying to get adjusted. No sound proofing internally, could clearly our neighbors and others walking by in the hallway. Do not recommend.

The hotel was beautifully designed, and our room was cozy and comfortable. We loved the convenience of being close to attractions and dining options, making it easy to explore the area. The free breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The only downside was that our room’s view was directly facing other locals' balconies, which didn’t offer the privacy or scenery we’d hoped for. Despite this, it’s a lovely hotel and a good choice for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city.
