A pleasant stay
Our stay as a family was very convenient especially as I have a daughter with disabilities, the hotel is fully accessible & has an accessible room with roll in shower. The hotel is centrally located so very convenient to get around and see all the main sights in the city. Breakfast was also very good.

It was “fine”. We had 4 people. The room was barely wide enough to fit 4-twin beds. They definitely have some creative photography. It was clean and did its job and the bathroom was roomy and nice.

I had a reservation that we had to change, the date was with children, we called them and they confirmed the change and when we arrived, nothing, nothing, everything was a lie and the money was not returned, of course.

There are no conditioner, lotion, or washcloth in the room. Machine cappuccino for the breakfast buffet was barely acceptable. The hotel rating should be 3.5 & not 4; no choice for half ratings. Receptionists were friendly & helpful.

I can’t believe how many stars this hotel is rated. The service is ok, but the AC is terrible, we were a group and in every room was the same thing. It was not a thing of a particular room. It was hard getting a good night sleep while you were sweating.
