Great design, comfortable beds, room appeared clean and it was a fabulous location. Elevator was ridiculously dusty. Shower hose leaked terribly. Was told it couldn't be fixed before we checked out. It had me concerned that the cleaning staff didn't clean the shower, otherwise they would have noticed. Wouldn't they?

Great but a bit of a walk. Interesting lift.
Good place, a little out of the centre but walkable. Nice terrace overlooking the back of the building and a school. Interesting to see how the locals live. Bit of a hike to the centre but easy if you master the subway which saves 2000 steps each way. Helpful staff and very clean. Scary antique jlift which has been modernised and is safe but retains its terminal features.

We did a last second booking due to an issue with another company for 7 people and were shocked to find such an amazing property open! We only needed one night and it was perfect. It was VERY clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for the evening (which was very very amazing). I used them again in a heartbeat and will consider their other locations across the world when we travel. THANK YOU for an amazing stay!

Service was exemplary, this won’t be possible if not for Eva, Carolina and Julia. They were all so helpful and accommodating, always willing to extend help when needed. The location is within close proximity to Metro’s, food shops and mall. Easy to navigate around. Place is clean, the kitchen is stocked up with necessary appliance to cook. Overall it was a pleasant and one of the best stay, definitely will come back and choose this place again with the family.

Sad to say but we were quite disappointed with our stay here. The appartement was described as a two bedroom with a pullout couch suitable for 6 people and unfortunately it’s more of a one bedroom with a bed in the living room with a pullout couch separated by a paper wall. The pullout itself was super uncomfortable and very noisy, waking everyone as soon as someone moved on it. The apartment did not have sufficient supplies (soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc) so we constantly found ourselves going to reception asking for more. The staff was not the friendliest, the apartment was not super clean (lots of dust under the beds), the shower leaked and the management only offered a very small discount on one of the nights where we struggled with noise from construction. In a nutshell, the apartment was not as advertised and expensive for what it was. :(
