good location in the heart of Barcelona. access to all amenities Barcelona has to offer. The hotel could do with an upgrade.

Hotel with a good location but the rest..
As it’s a 2 star hotel, you need to set your expectations accordingly. So taking this reality into account I’d not complain so much, however probably due to the location of the hotel, despite overall experience offered was not so good but may be considered in line with a 2-star hotel, it was overly priced. Breakfast, comfort of the beds etc could have been better, yet as said, you are not staying in a 4-5 star hotel in the end

There was major road works which impacted our access to the hotel. Other than that, La Rambla was the best place to stay in Barcelona.

Dated and simple. Beds were terrible. Location was convenient and the price was good. Noisy area though so be aware of that. We had an issue in the morning while waiting for ride to airport with someone harrasing us but wr went back into the hotel and thr staff there were very helpful with getting the indivisual to leave us alone and he waited with us until our ride arrived. Thank you for yoir help!

The staff are the best part of this hotel. They are kind and accommodating. The room was spartan but clean. A very firm mattress (which we liked very much). But the towels and pillows need to be replaced quickly. The breakfasts are fine.

Because the area is under construction you can not fault that. The hotel is so central, made it so good for getting around. The staff were excellent, breakfast was good. Suggestion for the bathroom, they need a bit of shelving to put toiletries on.

Exactly what was expected
This property is exactly what I expected, a small property with clean rooms on La Rambla. No real bells and whistles but for a night or two it is a well located clean comfortable property. Check in was easy. Room was clean. It had enough room for two of us. The bathroom was cleaned and stocked. I have no complaints of this property.

Breakfast was the same every day. Good variety, but not inspiring. Bed was very hard. Rooms were bare bones but fine. Clean and relatively comfortable.

This hotel is 1 or 2 star hotel, very old and dirty with uncomfortable beds. The beds are so hard, I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast is served in a small room with very limited options. There’s construction going on along the whole street right in front of the hotel. I would Not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the included breakfast was great. The staff, especially Alex and Ariel were wonderful.

Most of the front desk staff were nice except an older man during night shift. He was very cocky & unpleasant when we were trying to seek help. He definitely doesn’t believe in customer service. The place is outdated. Location is right across from a bar and ppl were drinking dancing partying all night till 6am morning so we didn’t get much sleep.
