Only stayed one night, but the whole family loved this hotel! We had a family room with bunk beds for the kids and even though the room isn’t huge, there was plenty of space for all of us and our bags. The rain shower, heated towel rack, and bathrobes are nice touches. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is great - lots of stores, cafes, restaurants, and close to the metro. Would definitely stay again!

First assigned room stank to cigarettes, but asked for and received a clean room. Bathrooms need more grab-bars for safety. Bathroom floors very slippery when wet. Very attentive and friendly staff, at front desk and in restaurant.

We stayed for three nights in a premium family room. The room itself was impressive—spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a bed that was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, offering fresh orange juice and a good variety of food. So, why the 4-star review? Unfortunately, our room on the 6th floor had a balcony, but the door was locked, and the hotel refused to open it. They claimed it was due to city regulations and safety concerns, but this explanation didn’t make much sense to us. It was frustrating not being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, which definitely took away from our overall experience.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff was helpful, the room was reasonably large for Europe, and quiet with comfortable beds. The Murphy bunk beds were fun for the kids and helped save space. The Catalonia brand hotels, at least the two I stayed at, are fairly similar, so you know what to expect if you've stayed at one before. It was a good value and it was close to the metro. My only complaint is that the breakfast was quite expensive and they didn't serve food after 11pm, which was a little bit of a disappointment after arriving late at night. We would definitely stay here again.
