This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 30 years of traveling. The noise from the hotel kitchen, which was right next to my room, was unbearable. When I requested a room change, the staff flatly refused. I ultimately left in the middle of the night and checked into another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!

It is first time experience in Barcelona. In general, we have a great time for tour and shopping. It was walkable for dining and usable Uber not easy for loading in busy rush hour.

Acevi is a quiet great place to stay , walking distance to main attractions and transportation is right in front of the hotel. It’s a clean , neat space. Very gentle staff , Montse, Maria , Andres are incredible friendly. I would only suggest to ink us in the description of rooms these cases were a connecting room exists . The one I was assigned to was as expected however, it was a connected room so all happening in the next room was perfect heard in mine .

The bedroom they gave me had no window! So I asked for another one, which they did immediately. However I found 2 cockroach traps (one had a dead cockroach inside). Also dirty cleaning rag in the closet. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom smelled like sewage multiple times. And wifi kept disconnecting every 2-3 minutes making it impossible to get work done from the bedroom.

Amazing location and the staff were very informative and very knowledgeable. Convenience store just across the hotel and around as well (Aldi). The room was very spacious. No complaints during our stay, they have luggage storage and even allowed us to use the pool after check out. Amazing pool side service (towels provided and sun beds were amazing with music around the poolside area. Good for siesta and drinks. The pool area was in the center of some residential buildings and felt a bit exposed. Maybe some privacy screens or plants to cover around the pool area.
