The bedroom they gave me had no window! So I asked for another one, which they did immediately. However I found 2 cockroach traps (one had a dead cockroach inside). Also dirty cleaning rag in the closet. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom smelled like sewage multiple times. And wifi kept disconnecting every 2-3 minutes making it impossible to get work done from the bedroom.

Amazing location and the staff were very informative and very knowledgeable. Convenience store just across the hotel and around as well (Aldi). The room was very spacious. No complaints during our stay, they have luggage storage and even allowed us to use the pool after check out. Amazing pool side service (towels provided and sun beds were amazing with music around the poolside area. Good for siesta and drinks. The pool area was in the center of some residential buildings and felt a bit exposed. Maybe some privacy screens or plants to cover around the pool area.

This is a decent hotel. I had the suite. It was spacious and quiet. For the price I expected the hotel to be a little nicer. The air conditioning was not strong in the room and I couldn’t make it cooler. The WiFi was broken and didn’t work many times throughout the stay. The furnitures was a little scratched and run down. But the room was clean. The staff was nice. The location was great.

Good clean hotel and had a small gym which we used and the pool which was nice. Poolside service was lacking as the service call buttons where not working so had to go downstairs to the bar to get drinks. Also more than just the 2 complementary water bottles would have been nice for a 4* hotel to provide on a daily baiss. Otherwise really good hotel. Location is not too far from ramlas and about 20mins walk or short cheap taxi ride

Great hotel - highly recommend!
Our stay at the hotel was really good! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay: Pros: - Very friendly and accommodating staff, they even upgraded us because it was our honeymoon! - Very clean room, didn’t feel like it was dirty at all. - Room had plenty of space to empty out suitcases and such. - Great location, with a delicious Italian spot right next door (La Bella Napoli), and a supermarket right across to grab water and snacks. - Felt very safe, hotel had great amenities like a gym, spa and an outdoor pool with lots of seating. Cons: - No iron, but we may have been able to get one if we asked specifically. - Drainage in the sink/shower weren’t the best. - Toilet took a couple tries to flush… - Wish the AC blew a little cooler, it definitely was cool but on hot Barcelona days I wish we could have absolutely cranked it.
