Not a pleasant stay.
Not as good as previous stays. Check in was late because room was not ready. Aircon was set at a very low temperature setting and couldn't adjust it. Parking was a proble. Went out for shopping and when came back all parking spots we're blocked like they're being saved for someone. I just removed the cones and parked. Breakfasts buffet was bag. Cold food. Food ruining out and not replaced. Will not stay again.

Our room was clean and spacious, and comes with a kitchenette, 2 bottled water each day, and a welcome cans of coca colas. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good and the coin laundry was convenient. Asok BTS and Sukhumvit Metro stations are within 8 minute walk of the hotel. A tuk tuk to the station would cost 100 Baht. Terminal 21 mall is within 12 minute walk. A taxi ride from The Grand Palace cost 200 Baht. A Grab ride from IconSiam Mall at 8pm cost us 293 Baht.

Was very happy with my stay. The hotel was as good as the reviews. Was welcomed very warmly upon my arrival. Breakfast spread was good and had both Western and local dishes. The hotel is close and walkable distance to the mall or tp gran a bite. I rightly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

This hotel’s service and cleanliness went beyond our expectations! Staff are friendly and helpful. I left my purse at the gym and it was recovered at the front desk by Bow and Dap with nothing missing, Our room was clean and spacious, and with a kitchenette perfect for the fruits we brought back. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest subway and Air train stations. Lots of massage places just on the same street. The complementary breakfast was perfect, with typical continental breakfast and also some Thai dishes that are delicious. The gym was clean and well equipped with water, towels etc. highly recommended!

Great value for money -- and super friendly staff. Really easy access to trains, shopping and dining. The gym did the trick for me -- and the rooms quite comfortable with lots of space for clothes and all that. Breakfast was also good with lots of options and changes made each day on a few items -- Western and Asian foods. I'll stay here again for sure.
