Property is out of way. Many repairs needed. Hot tub not too hot, many children at all hours playing in hot tub. Too pricey for what it is. Wouldn’t rebook. Better to stay closer to town centre.

I really like pet friendly hotels. The place is huge I love the kitchen. Hidden Ridge is so beautiful, friendly staffs, we were able to check in early and location is so nice because it is close to downtown and hiking trails.

Wifi did not work the entire time in the room. The rooms need some updating with walls and floors being dirty. Lots of peeling and patched wall paper and broken tiles. Just needs a refresh. Have stayed many times loving the pools and hottub and sauna. Kitchens are handy. But needs a refresh for sure

We absolutely loved this chalet that we stayed an additional day. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are so nice and homey and it’s close to central Banff. Loved every second. We will definitely be back!

The outdoor pool area was a treat as was the complimentary use of the bus to Banff downtown. The room itself needed to be updated with the addition of some soundproofing.

Hidden ridge resort is perfectly located, not in the town but a free 5 minute bus journey away from the center or 15 minutes walk. Hot pool and sauna were great, free logs for the fire as often as required. Deers, squirrels & coyotes came out the treeline and past the patio area on a night. Only point to improve might be modernise the decor in the apartments and better lighting as they are quite dark inside. Also the noise from apartment above was loud at 6am when their toddler enjoyed running and jumping backwards and forwards on the floor for half an hour each morning.
