Very well located property close to everything you need in Banff. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are roomy and comfortable with a fireplace. We enjoyed our stay very much

We’ve stayed here many times because of the location. Staff are friendly, clean hotel. A bit run down but the rooms are always cozy and comfortable. My only complaint would be the hot tub wasn’t working.

I found it to be perfect for a 3 day trip to Banff. It was clean, staff were friendly, the only thing I would say is that I don't think that there was a microwave in our suite which is minor. It is a great budget option for folks looking to visit Banff.
