Red Roof Inn nightmare
The eoom was average. It iss old building. No shower pressure. Shower head leaked all over. The water just fell out of the shower head. Heater didn't work right. The frig door won't stay closed. And noisy at night. Second floor walk way sounds like a coved bridge when luggage cart goes over it at midnight. And some how our reservation got canceled. Stayed 1 night. Then they told us it was canceled. I paid for 5 nights. But they made good on it. But really will not stay there again.

My stay at Red Roof Inn Plus was good. The only issue I had was house keeping did not knock on the door when you extend your stay. They only do house keeping during the week day.

The young lady that checked me in was very nice and professional. The lady that checked me out was rude and dismissive. The property is old. The doors on the room are flimsy and unsafe. None of the outlets in my room worked. The advertised TV channels didn't work. Cleaning up did not visit my room at all. This non smoking hotel was deep under a cover of cigarette and weed smoke. The best thing about this hotel is it's close distance to the highway and there are plenty of food options in the area.

Prior to my arrival, I originally contacted the property via email on October 14th to request an early check-in as a courtesy for my birthday. However, I did not receive any response until the day of my arrival, 10/19 which I find unacceptable. I also reached out to Red Roof Inn customer service and was eventually provided a number to contact the property directly, I spoke with the front desk attendant, Precious. Despite calling the number she provided regarding my request, the number was either incorrect or no one was available to answer after multiple attempts, and as such, I did not get an immediate response. I had to contact the general customer service line again to get assistance. This experience fell far short of the 4-star reviews I saw online on the Red Roof Inn website. The front end attendant, Precious assured me during our phone conversation that I would be able to check in early by 1:00 PM. However, the communication issues, coupled with the overall substandard quality of the hotel, made the stay extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the room was overpriced and inadequately supplied, with only one towel for two guests, which is unacceptable. The room was dated, with visible water stains, etc no microwave or refrigerator although it was advertised and listed in the details list, as shown in the picture on the website. Unacceptable!

The absolute WORST hotel I've ever stayed in.
To begin, the front desk person was not inviting or friendly. The bathroom was very small. The room was crowded and not spacious at all. The blankets had cigarette burns on them, which I didn't notice until I was about to leave because they covered them with some type of cover. The bed sunk in on one side and caused my back to hurt from lying on that particular side. I was not told about an elevator and I walk with a cane. Take in mind I was placed on the second floor and the elevator come to find out was in the middle of the building apparently. There wasn't any handicap accessibility to the office to check in or out. I spent the weekend from a Friday to Sunday and was told that room service only cleans the room on Wednesdays unless I requested. It just seems like the weekend would be the better choice for room service to clean. I WILL NEVER stay in this hotel again. I would rather sleep in my car than ever pay to sleep there again.

Price was right. Bed comfy, but horrible check in! Checked in after midnight. Front desk person gave us a key to a room that was occupied! Not sure who was more shocked us or them! Creaky elevator that broke down. Loud lobby. Did appreciate the shuttle.

Red Roof Inn Plus by Baltimore Airport
The Red Roof Inn Plus by the Baltimore Airport was a life saver for us when we missed our connecting flight and needed a quick and convenient place to stay for a short overnight. It’s a great value. Not fancy but clean and oh so close to the airport. Best feature was the shuttle which came quickly to pick us up at and so easy to get us back bright and early the next morning. It’s never fun to get delayed but our Red Roof Inn experience helped ease our stress. Thanks!

I was charge for a stay that I didn’t do. I had a reservation for a week stay, couldn’t do it because my daughter in law , who’s pregnant had to go to the ER, which I explained. And was still denied. Even suggested paying for the one night, because of the inconvenience, Nope! I’ve asked for a refund from the hotel and was denied. Now I have to wait from someone from the higher ups to get it resolved. So now I have to wait! But I’ll NEVER EVER stay at any of the hotels again….
