The hotel wAS understaffed. It took 45 min to check in. No one was at the desk when I left. The fan in the room would not turn off and I had to call for help twice. The restaurants next to the hotel - McCormick & Schmit and Ruth Chris Steak house had lousy food and were expensive. The view from the hotel was nice - able to walk around. Noisy at night.

Not happy and not worth the money
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The best part of our stay was the location. We had several issues including no hot water, water being so hot that it could scald your skin, sheets that didn't fit the bed. We brought up the issue of the water and sheets to the front desk. They replaced the sheets with more sheets that didn't fit. The water was turned off for two hours (with advanced notice) then again the next day without notice. Also, there is some sort of employee space next to our room, and they were loud when they were in there. Lastly, the carpet is old, and it looks and feels old and dirty. I was glad I brought my slippers. If you stay here, you are paying for location only. We wont stay here again.

Centrally located.
Great spot. Close to everything. Very Walkable. On the water. Comfortable Bed. Juliette Balcony. Nice staff. However, the shower.... 5'8 and had to duck to fit under the shower head. Also the tub was so slanted that it was awkward to stand in the shower. Almost had to stand with your feet together. Thats the only knock on this place.

AWESOME LOCATION
Housekeeping staff was the best we've seen, they did an awesome job daily. Hotel location and parking was very convenient. Several different restaurants nearby, including two within the hotel. Little Italy walking distance.

Hotel was nice, front desk staff very friendly we had the breakfast a little pricey but it was very good,we could hear pounding music coming from the restaurant/bar our room was pretty much above it we can sleep through anything though but just a heads up but overall we had a good stay it was just for one night.

Nice hotel, room just needed a few repairs.
We upgraded to earlier arrival time, do to traffic in the area, we were an hour later than the early check in time requested. The room still was not ready, so we never got early check in. The hotel it's self was ok, our room was clean, but was in need of some repair.

The hotel is in a safe area. Close to a lot of attractions. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. I would say the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel and I travel very frequently. Do not pay for the breakfast. You’re better off going across the street to IHOP.
