Loved the VIP lot adjacent to the hotel...wish there was a bar or two nearby, but it wasn't an issue with the family in tow, other than the steak houses attached to us. I would defintely stay again. We had a harbor view and a nice balcony overlooing the water

I stayed there for 4 days. Check in went smooth, the young lady was very pleasant and professional. The room was awesome, clean, stocked with everything. Bed was comfortable. I loved the balcony view. The young lady who worked in housekeeping was very nice and helpful with a nice smile and lovely demeanor. I’m giving 2 stars because there was a change to my flight so I needed to add another day to my reservation. I went down to the front desk and the guy who was working (Jerry) was very very very rude. He made me feel like I was disturbing him because I needed help with my reservation. Of course I don’t know the policies and procedures because im not employed there, so I needed help. Turns out I had to contact Expedia to change/ add to my stay. The whole thing is .. the dude was talking so harsh to me. 2 agents from Expedia called to talked to him and they were like “oh my Goodness “ at the way he was speaking to us! After the lady from Expedia called him, he called up to my room, said what he had to say and slammed the phone down on me. I should not have to go through that nor anyone else. There is so much other stuff going on in this world , a person should not have to go through that. It makes no sense! So I give 2 stars, I would give Zero stars if I could just based on being talked down to like a child by so called customer service. Henry it’s a shame because everyone else I came across were so professional

Overall a great experience. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only real drawback was the breakfast, the food was pretty bad. Would definitely stay there again, just wouldn’t plan on eating breakfast.

The hotel was in an excellent location, right next to the Aquarium and within walking distance to many restaurants. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There were a few things that would have made the stay even better - there was no hand soap for the sink in the bathroom - it had rained the day we were there and the balcony had a big puddle , which made it impossible to use the balcony without getting our feet wet. One other thing- beautiful room with sitting area but it needed more lighting- wanted to play cards around coffee table- lighting was very dim. With that said I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. We had a wonderful stay.
