1. Very noisy with nearby highway cars. And you can hear floor shaking when someone is walking upstairs or in the hallway. Seems windows are not that soundproof. 2. Saw teams of ants in bathroom sink and walls. 3. AC is also very noisy even it is on low fan mode. 4. strong smells of Mariana in spa area.
