You'll never want to leave the mountains with this Avon townhome, featuring golf course views and plenty of space for family and friends! This updated home features mountain decor, large windows allowing for plenty of natural light, and a modern and comfortable master loft. Guests will have the ease of a ski locker (at the bottom of the stairs), as well as a spacious and open floor plan. Gather in the spacious living room, unwind in the comfortable couches and watch your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV, or maybe play one of the many board games available. Step outside to your balcony and take in the golf course views as you lit the grill up. The deck overlooks the First Fairway of Eagle-Vail Golf Course, a public course.

What's nearby:
This townhome sits on the Eagle-Vail golf course, the perfect setting for golf enthusiasts, and right next to the Eagle-Vail municipal park, containing a pool, tennis and basketball courts, and many hiking and biking trails. You're just one mile from EagleVail Golf Club, or you can tee off six miles away at the Sonnenalp Club golf course. Just over two miles west and guests can find Nottingham Lake and park, where you can spend a day fishing, paddle boating, SUP'ing, or enjoy the playground, beach/swimming area, shared grills, sand volleyball courts, and more. The park and sports fields can be privately rented out. During the winter, you are ten minutes away from both Vail and Beaver Creek resort.

Everything you need!
Great location, clean property, just as described online. Reason for 4 stars is the communication with property management. I reached out about check in process the day of, and didn’t receive a response until long after check in time. The instructions inside talk about parking passes and pool passes, come to find out, there are none, but took a day to get a response on that. The final issue was a bat somehow was in the condo. We sent a message asking for help, never received a response. Thankfully we were able to get it out on our own. But it took several hours of our time.

Roomy townhouse with golf course view
Halfway between W. Vail/Lionshead and Avon/Beaver Creek, this townhouse location is perfect if you want a quieter and more affordable location than either of those town. The community of Eagle-Vail is very friendly, and once the golf course closes for the evening it's time for dog walks, frisbees, and playing kids. The townhouse is well-stocked and in very good condition. Parking is easy. The unit is very quiet and deck overlooking the golf course was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. The master suite in the lower level is very comfortable and the bathroom has been nicely updated. The spacious living room was great for watching TV or just hanging around and talking. Would I live here? You bet.

Unit should provide a small amount of firewood. Fireplace tools need to be replaced. Outside steps should be cleaned of snow to keep the inside cleaner. Third floor shower drain doesn’t drain. Hot water heater cannot keep up with 8 person demand.
