Another run down La Quinta
Same as 4 years ago. Back exterior door did not lock, broken elevator/ice machine, one working elevator walls/floor were filthy, double room did not come with a frig or microwave.

Property old 1980’s so run down charging market value nightly prices with no justification. Under Reno but it’s old-dated hotel. My OCD kicked up [Trashy] -Go stay further away elsewhere. They would have to pay me to stay here! (Only bathroom Reno was nicely done)

Jesus was an excellent help when neighboring room was noisey. Be aware, the property is being remodeled, (badly needed), and one elevator is out of commission but I had one of the new rooms. Beautiful. Refrigerator was larger and the TV was a 50 or 60 in embedded into the wall. I was in a handicap room.

Property is under badly needed renovation. I had a newly done room that was very nice. But had only 1 working elevator which was filthy. Lower floor hallways very very tired and worn. Staff was helpful and nice but frequently no one at desk. Had to knock on doors and yell for help.

The construction noise from straight above me was horribly loud for long periods of time. They changed me to a room where it was somewhat less loud, but the front desk employee couldn't even manage a sorry on behalf of the hotel or any other token of sympathy. She acted like it was the weather and totally beyond anyone's control. Otherwise, both rooms were dingy and dilapidated. I guess I'd just gotten lucky on my previous stay. I won't stay there again.
