This place was originally built to fairly high standards and still has that feel from the quality of the fixtures, linens, towels, etc. it’s still clean with a friendly helpful staff. Great price and within walking distance of a tasty Hispanic restaurant transplanted from the “old sod”. Too bad Wyndham is not painting, fixing the hallway carpets, elevators maintenance, etc.

The first room we got was dirty and had a smokey smell due to the burnt curtains and the 2nd room the sofa bed was horrible. My nephew had to sleep sideways on the top part of the bed with extra comforters the security guard gave us. The lady at check in was not helpful. On the website showed 3 rooms available she could have switched us to but she wanted us to pay for the room we had and for the new room another $600 and it would have been $1000 total for one night. Then our toilet wasn’t working and the first thing she said that she wasn’t going to switch us to another room and I told her we need a working toilet. The security guard again helped us and fixed our toilet. Horrible staff and hotel.

There was hair and a bug in the shower. The entire building needs a makeover. The parking lot is not somewhere I would want to walk after dark. Staff seemed bothered anytime I saw them. Overall not great
