Nice place but needs better cleaning and not all linens included
Nice place but needs better cleaning. We found a lot of hair in the beds and on the toilets upon arrival. The bath mats were wet. The cutlery was dirty, the mattress protectors had pee stains, the oven mitts were never washed. There was little to no hand soap. Dirty old sponges were left at the sink. Outdoor showers were unusable. Outdoor space was not cleaned with sand everywhere, table with stains and floor is dirty. Outdoor showers are unusable so prepare to live with sand. The duvets had no covers and the duvets were dirty with makeup and stains. We contacted the property manager and requested duvet covers but she would not respond despite multiple requests. The location is good. Just because this place is renovated doesn’t mean they should skimp on cleaning.
Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2024
