The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful- such a welcome experience after a very long travel day. During our entire stay we NEVER had our room attended, we always had to check the hallway for a housekeeping cart just to get fresh towels, at one point we had to catch a cart just to ask that trash be removed from the room!

Staff was ok but not great Bed was comfortable but definitely needs maintaining - chipped furniture and peeling wallpaper. Grout in bathroom was 2 different colors.

The room (2 queens) with suite area was huge and very nice! The shower got very 🔥! Hit a snag at check in. Something happened on their computer and we had to wait about 15 minutes. They told us it ws an Expedia glitch. I don't know who's glitch it was but we almost missed the comedy show I paid $500 for tix for my birthday!

The location was convenient, easy access to universities, the airport, and major tourist attractions. Parking garage was secure and at $10 a night was far cheaper than other hotels. Only drawbacks are the rooms are dated and there is no daily housekeeping - which might be due to staffing numbers. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and any requests we made were quickly met.

This was a nice hotel in a great location for shops and places to eat. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. Overall it was a great stay. The hotel itself just needs a bit of an update. Rooms were clean though so as long as the room is clean I’m happy.
