Shower needs to have the addition to move head up for tall people. We were to have complimentary breakfast when I made reservation and she said we needed to pay… was one of the reasons we booked the room. The whirlpool in pool area jets wouldn’t come on… the staff even tried and couldn’t get it to work… another reason for booking and I had called to make sure it was open and working before booking. Very disappointed specially for the price I paid. Will be definitely looking elsewhere before booking again here

Absolute rubbish hotel! Stale moldy smell in room, AC did not blow cold air (just moved the moldy smell around), window didn’t open in an attempt to get some fresh air in the room, BOTH treadmills in the fitness center (also had a horrible musty smell) were broken, hot tub was more like a cold plunge. I could go on but I think you get the point to look elsewhere where in this area for overnight accommodation. My concerns fell on deaf ears with the hotel, Expedia, AND corporate! I have NO idea how this property is still in business.

Excellent day. Was in town for the Womens Expo and service was great. Had a little bit of wait upon check-in, but no big issue. Breakfast was advertised as free, but we ended up having to pay despite paying for it in the reservation. That’s the only downside.

Nice Area, staff was friendly, room was clean,property was neatly kept up. bathroom door closes on it's on, making it very humid after a shower,and no ventilation makes it worse. Needs a working Fan in Bathroom. Other than that, enjoyed the stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shower is falling apart, rusty and had no shampoo. The room is generally nice. I’ve stayed here before and I will probably stay here again.
