Excellent small and friendly central hotel
Hotel was spotless. Premium King room was spacious and modern. A little outside noise but it is in the centre of a city. Very central with good access to amenities. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks on ground floor perfect for a simple breakfast

No one could bring me a bandaid to my room. The bar was closed on a Saturday. The restaurant was only open from 7-11am when online it looked like bar and restaurant was open all day

Excellent location! Perfect for our trip and activities. Restaurants, entertainment and the main Atlanta venues are a short walk away. Hotel staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. This is an older property but is remodeled nicely and is clean. We will stay here for future visits.

Being from the country, Downtown ATL can be a little stressful. Not being familiar with the area it was a little confusing figuring out how to check-in but after looping around and parking on the side of the street (no parking lot) everything was fine. First and foremost, the staff were all great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and could see we were a little stressed and road weary and were really kind. After receiving a luggage cart from a staff member we checked in and arranged for valet parking ($50 per night). Check-in was a breeze and again, very friendly. Our room was really nice, clean, and roomy for a family of 4. We were only in town for one night for a concert which is why we chose this location. This hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and attractions and especially in good walking distance to State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, etc. Overall, everything and everyone was great and I would stay again. I get that when you stay downtown there are no parking lots and parking is expensive, you just need to know that going in and not be surprised.

Hospitable staff, convenient location
The front desk staff was amazing and love the cool sista in the cafe. I was there for 5 days on a work trip and this hotel is right on the middle of downtown conference spaces. They were accomodating and entertaining. Very hospitable staff!
