Great Place - a little far out from the centre
Lovely place to stay - very clean - the pool was such a bonus and had great views - we spent hours up there - so chilled. The hotel was a long way out from the centre and wasn’t really walking distance - it was incredibly difficult to find a restaurant nearby with food options in the evening. We used a lot of Ubers which was quite costly.

We used the Panorama as a base for sightseeing in Athens as it was a bit cheaper for 5 of us than a hotel. It should have been great as the rooms are well designed and laid out with good facilities and of course the roof top pool. Unfortunately, it was not. The apartment was filthy with stains on the walls, old food left under the seat cushions, dangerously broken patio furniture and a handrail at the top of the perilous spiral staircase that was so loose and wobbly, it would have given way under the slightest pressure. NOT SAFE FOR KIDS Arrived at 5pm in mid-August to find that the balcony door had been left open so the apartment was the same temperature as outside ( 40 degrees) and it took until 11pm to be cool enough to sleep. There was mould all around the shower and half of the crockery and utensils in the kitchen were dirty too. The pool looked lovely and has a fabulous view of the Acropolis, however the pool area was also filthy and the pool water was really cloudy. I emailed the hotel about a month before to book transfers to and from the airpot, but even though I had an email confirmation from them, there was no record of the transfer back when we arrived and the receptionist seemed extremely irritated that I asked her to rebook it (even though this is a service that they offer for E100). It is much cheaper to take regular taxi (and less grief). It's such a pity, because with some deep cleaning, maintenance and attention to detail, this could be a great place.

Staff was lovely room very disappointed for the price we had room with hottub . Was very run down and not like the pictures.. outside looked scruffy and hottub wasn't cleaned. Probably wouldn't recommend.

First night We had the room close to the pool and kids screamd daytime and then it was a party there night time whit musik after 23.00 But the Nice women vicky was helping us ske was so Nice 👌 the clearing was really bad the only fix the bed ? Property has very nice view from the top floor. Swimming pool are. It is little away from center. Did not find train, had to use only taxi. Too far for walking distance with luggage. Not sure how safe it is stayed only 1 night. Grafity, and dirty buildings around. Was afraid walking in early evening. Hotel very nice for long staying, has washing machine, stove top and dishes to make own meals.

The hotel was nice. The pool was beautiful a little dirty, but very nice overlooking the city of Athens. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds great atmosphere in the hotel but once you leave, it’s very dirty and I felt unsafe around the area so cockroaches and you’re right near a prison, which I did not know which did not make it very nice. Service call by pressing zero and ask for help but don’t respond. We call down four times and four times did not get what they said they were gonna do whether is extra towels or them fixing our TV or air-conditioning different things. They just did not respond. they said yet we’ll be up in a minute. You call down two or three times they just wouldn’t come that’s frustrating because you better service. But overall, the hotel Very nice rooms are spacious and again the pool is beautiful

Nice facility outside of the main tourist area. Pedestrian street with restaurants frequented by locals is a 10 min walk away. Minor cleaning issues like crumbs on the table. Kitchen could be better stocked (no drying towel, cutting board).

Loved that the place held our bags for the whole day after we checked out (our flight didn’t leave till 10 that night) Pool was amazing. Room was spacious, clean and the kitchen was super handy!
