Unfortunately, although the staff were friendly, the property was not as described on Hotels.com (which we have since raised a complaint about). This is not a beach hotel with a pool bar. None of the listed amenities exist at this property. You have to go across the street to the Akra hotel instead. The fact that people have been reporting this as far back as 2021 and Hotels.com still haven't corrected the information is criminal. I travelled with my fiancé who is disabled with limited mobility and had we known we'd need to travel between properties, we wouldn't have booked.
Quite despicably, our booking was non-refundable so if we'd cancelled whilst there, we'd have lost our money and had to find somewhere new to stay. This very much feels like a ploy in which both the hotel and Hotels.com know they're purposely deceiving their customers with misinformation and then state this policy as a way of washing their hands of responsibility.
Please update the description of this hotel so other people aren't fooled into believing they'll receive something that is false. At the very least, update the Accessibility section.
The room itself didn't feel 4-star and the sea-view we paid for was a joke. The view out of the window was of the main road and the Akra hotel with the smallest hint of sea behind a gigantic flag. All in all, a very disappointing experience which didn't need to occur.
The kittens were cute though.
