In a 15-min walk, you will be able to reach the beach of L’Impérial for a stroll by the lake near the Annecy Casino and in 20 min, you will be able to get to the park “Jardins de l'Europe” and the Pont des Amours; for a bit of cultural activities, you will find the castle “Château d’Annecy” or the Palais de l’Ile monument also within walking distance (30 min). Moreover, you will be close to many stores, bars and restaurants, and will find yourself in a district well served by public transport.
